One small point: While Spell-Links does overlap with linguistic phonics in several broad ways, there are also meaningful differences. Unlike the other programs you listed, it did not grow out of Phono-Graphix. I think this different lineage is the source of some of the differences. There was a brief exchange about this between Jan Wasowicz (Spell-Links author) and Jennifer Newman in the comments on the Harriett Janetos post you linked to.
