I really like the different resources for thinking about questioning. I wonder if question types may also be somewhat dependent on or tailored to content areas. I find that in math there are specific types of questions that are effective for building students toward conceptual aha moments. I call these deepening, connecting and extending questions but they are supplemented with break-it-down questions if students are not grasping the concept yet. I’m not sure if this categorization would make sense in other subject areas.
